Hulet & Associates, Inc. Mission Statement

The mission statement of Hulet & Associates, Inc., is best described by Arizona’s most famous person, Wyatt Earp, who stated in Tombstone in October of 1881, “Fast is Fine, but Accuracy is Everything.”

Most appraisal companies concentrate on speed of appraisal completion in order to increase profit at the expense of appraisal accuracy. Conversely, Hulet & Associates emphasizes Appraisal Accuracy because we believe that our reputation for precision is the most important service that we can offer our clients. This is the reason that Mr. Hulet, the principal appraiser at Hulet & Associates, completes ALL appraisals cover-to-cover himself, including all inspections, research, analysis, confirmations of all data, calculations, writing, typing, creation of exhibits, proofing and completion of each appraisal product. This ensures complete accuracy of each appraisal assignment which best serves the client’s needs.
